About Sarvam Tools

Sarvam Tools brings image, PDF, text and developer utilities into one free online workspace. It is designed for specific everyday tasks: compressing a photo, making a static QR code, formatting JSON or combining two PDFs.

How the tools work

The tools run dedicated software and deterministic rules instead of paid generative AI APIs. Image conversion uses Sharp, PDF merging uses pdf-lib, and printed English text recognition uses bundled Tesseract OCR. Template generators create a supported starting structure; they do not infer arbitrary application logic.

You can run the tools without creating an account. The optional command assistant routes supported commands to the same tools; it is not a general-purpose AI chatbot.

Where your input is processed

Running a tool sends the supplied text or file to the Sarvam Tools API server. These are online tools, not browser-only or offline processors. Native conversion and OCR do not require sending your input to an external AI provider. The API Tester makes the request you specify to the destination server.

The application records tool-usage events, including the tool and time of use and, when signed in, the associated account. The tool-usage records do not contain submitted files or text. When site analytics is enabled, Google Analytics also receives page visits and image completion/download events (format, count and whether a size target was met), without filenames or image content. This is not a promise about hosting-provider logs or backups. Use test values rather than passwords, live access tokens or confidential documents.

What to check before using a result

The tool pages explain their supported formats, examples and limits. Compression does not always make an image smaller. OCR can misread text. JWT decoding does not verify a token. Generated Docker and OpenAPI files need application-specific review. Billing and expense tools calculate from supplied values; they do not validate tax or accounting requirements.
